I've been trying to fix my sleep schedule and I'm only making it worse. I've been going to bed early and waking up at 4-5 AM feeling wide awake which is good, except for it's getting harder to go to bed early so I start to feel tired around 4 PM. So today I fell asleep at 4 PM and woke up at 11 PM and now it's all ruined.

Went to bed at 10pm , didn't start nodding off till about 11:30. then kept waking up every 20 mins or so till about 2:30 then slept till 6:30 but not continuously. Woke up 3 or 4 times :/
