Rage Against The Machine

Rage Against the Machine is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1991, the group's line-up consists of vocalist Zack de la Rocha, bassist and backing vocalist Tim Commerford, guitarist Tom Morello and drummer Brad Wilk. Rage Against the Machine is best known for its "fiercely polemical music, which brewed sloganeering leftist rants against corporate America, cultural imperialism, and government oppression into a Molotov cocktail of punk, hip hop, and thrash."[1] Rage Against the Machine drew inspiration from early heavy metal instrumentation, as well as rap acts such as Afrika Bambaataa,[1] Public Enemy, the Beastie Boys and Urban Dance Squad.[2] As of 2010, they have sold over 16 million records worldwide.[3]

Any fans of RATM here? I am a big fan of them. My favorite song by them would have to be Bulls On Parade Or Killing in the name of.

I'm a huge RATM fan. I think my favorite songs would probably be Wake Up and Freedom.

I never used to be a big fan because I didn't know a lot of their music but I'm starting to develop a love for them.

I tend to love their intensity in their music

I also recently found out that Audioslave is basically RATM but with another vocalist.

Yeah, it's all RATM except with Chris Cornell instead of Zach de la Rocha. The guy from Soundgarden.
