New site updates

After taking some consideration from Adam and Obair, I decided to compress a few forums together. Thanks to collaborations on ideas, I found the right way to do this.

I merged all the forums in regards to new users in the New User Forum This forum will be where all information for new users like the guide/rules, and where they can introduce themselves.

All of the discussion on technical difficulties and information regarding how to help better the site is in the Problems and Suggestions forum.

Since we're not really using the recordings forum much, I merged them together and made a single Recording Forum

I also moved the Music Journalism forum into Music Discussion, it's all the same but just in a new location and takes up less space.

Slight update, I deleted the General Music subforum and all the contents were moved under the main "Music Talk" forum.

Also in the Music Talk forum, the Music Forum rules will appear when you post there.

New threads, replies, and quotes will have the rules displayed on top. Quick Reply will have it displayed on the bottom of all the posts, but over the quick reply box.

That way, there will be no excuses.
