This is my significant other.

On the other hand, I've been watching Romantic Drama/Comedy Animes and they've been pissing me off with their "I can't stop watching" storylines.

Eeuw. Pissing you off because you love it?

It's the romantic drama, and they build it up to the cliffhanger. I have to keep watching it to see who he picks in the end. Best example: Ichigo 100%. The last two volumes were depressing until the final chapter.

Ah OK, thats how they hook you, they exploit the curios.

Who does he stick with? His hot girlfriend, or his hot friend that he spends the most time with? Or his hot friend that he can't make up his mind whether he loves her or not?

That is a tough choice. Which one would you go for?

Well in that particular series, I was rooting for his friend he shared the same dream of making movies together. Especially since they tugged at your heart strings because she used to be dorky and never really had friends, and he was the first guy to ever talk to her as a person instead of "yo help me with this homework". He helped convince her that she had a talent of writing stories and it wasn't something she should be embarrassed of.

Though his girlfriend was also a close candidate based on their relationship with each other. The third girl was just an annoying hoe, though she was the girl that's the "best friend who's a chick".

I have been with my girlfriend for four years now but i sometimes wonder if other people know what love is, why do people settle for such meaningless relationships nowadays?

I don't think it's just a nowadays thing. That's always been around.

Perhaps, maybe it's just more noticeable to me now.

It's probably because you're older and you hear about it more.

Some people are just lonely and don't think much of themselves. They think that they will just have to settle with what they have even if its really shitty. But sometimes you strike it lucky and you find that perfect person that just completes you.
