Nah, it apparently loads faster without icons, or so I've been told

Only to load the first time. I try to keep mine to a minimum. can't post my desktop because I'm currently on my dad's PC - the only PC in the house with internet.

So that's implying you have other computers. What do you do with those?

I have my own laptop which I predominantly write my thesis on ect., then I use my dad's for internet, my bf's for watching movies, series and listening to music - his is hooked up to speakers and then there are a two PC's at work that I use to read my mails, print and browse the internet when I decide to leave my laptop at home.

now I feel spoiled for having wifi throughout my entire house. Have 2 computers, and have an Android with internet access, and my PS3 can browse the internet.

Oh ja, my phone as internet as well, but I'm out of airtime so no internet for me till the 15th.

Nah, not home internet's fault. I couldn't view it at work. I think its blocked content in our country.

Just pirate windows 7 like I did. Unless your PC is too old for 7.

You just need the correct activator which I have lying around.

Don't be hating on XP. It works like a dream with very few issues.
