I think I fixed that try again and let's see if the problem persists. To be honest I don't even know what this subscribe to this forum thing is. Where do you see this option?

it still doesnt work. when i click on the profile tab on top, i go straight to information, and when i try to update it, it shows that message and nothing happens to my profile

I need to play with this more. I need to make sure if either other users have this problem, or if it's exclusive to just you.

I think I discovered the problem. Are you younger than 15? If so I dropped the age limit to 14 if that helps any. Your birthday was probably preventing you from changing your info.
