Here's a word from the owner himself:

Loiter Squad is a TV show on Cartoon Network's late night programming block Adult Swim. It stars members of Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, a rap/hip-hop group.

We're Loitersquad.CO, a fan forum on the show that has been on top of the show since Day 1. We were the first to find the Loiter Squad Tumblr, and have been the source of pretty much everything Loiter Squad pre-release.
