Upcoming Game: Ni no Kuni

So there is a new upcoming RPG for the west and it's called Ni no Kuni (Second Country) Wrath of the White Witch for the DS and PS3. It is a collaboration between Level 5 of Dragon Quest VIII and IX fame, and the infamous Studio Ghibli. So as huge fans of both I am fucking stoked for this game.

So imo it looks awesome. Anyone else stoked for this release?

Never heard of it before this topic, it does look very good. I would happily pick up the DS version.

I just found out about it last night when I was looking up games developed by Level 5.

I have both a DS and a PS3. I know I'm getting the PS3 version, but should I also get the DS version? Hmmm, tough call.

It looks like the PS3 version is an HD version of their engine from Dragon Quest X and with Studio Ghibli art instead of Akira Toryama's art. The DS version looks like DQ9's engine.

So far it seems like a 30+ hour version of a Studio Ghibli movie.
